A good place to start is Citizens Advice who offer a wide range of information on their website and also offer live web chat and a telephone advice service if you want to talk things through.
The website offers advice on what to do if you are struggling to pay your bills because of the Coronavirus and includes information on rent, (including your rights) council tax, how to apply for a mortgage break, energy bills, court orders and tax bills.
