Volunteers needed to support the Covid vaccination programme in Nottinghamshire

Call for Volunteers to support the roll out of the Covid Vaccination Programme in Nottinghamshire.

Nottinghamshire Vaccine Volunteers (NVV) are now recruiting volunteers to assist with the Covid vaccine rollout in Nottinghamshire.

Volunteers are required at seven sites across the county which are as follows:

• Ashfield – Ashfield Health & Wellbeing Centre
• Carlton – Richard Herrod Centre
• Gamston - TBC
• Mansfield - TBC
• Newark – Newark Showground
• Nottingham – Forest Recreation
• Nottingham – King’s Meadow

The sites will be operating seven days a week from 8am – 8pm. There will be a variety of shifts available.

Please note – volunteers will not be required to administer vaccinations. We politely request that you do not go directly to the sites to offer volunteer support as this adds additional pressure to the medical teams.
