Ashfield Community Conversations

Ashfield Voluntary Action believes that local people should be at the heart of Community Care Services in our area. So this month we're asking Ashfield residents to give their own experiences of services and to share their ideas on how Community Care could be improved. 

We've put together a short online survey which will be available for you to fill in until Monday 22nd August, and should only take you about 5-10 minutes to complete.
