In addition they have details of how Deaf BSL Users can access our urgent mental health helpline (0300 303 0165) via BSL video relay HERE.

NCC has also promoted a dedicated telephone number for Deaf people to contact Nottinghamshire County Council’s Customer Service Centre using Relay UK. The dedicated number is: 18001 01623 434 993

The Guardian has written an article highlighting the issues a Deaf or hard of hearing person may encounter when working at home.
