Join us in marking Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and never could raising awareness of mental health issues be more timely, as we are living through the most challenging of times.

As difficult as the pandemic and lockdown has been, there have been some surprising and unexpected outcomes. The wave of kindness and community spirit which has come to the fore has been a real positive, as so many people have offered their time and goodwill to others. The Coronavirus and lockdown have also provided a forum to talk about mental health and the challenges that some people strive to overcome every day.

If we all talk about mental health and raise awareness we are all part of the movement towards a kinder, more understanding and compassionate community.

We have compiled a list of wellbeing organisations and resources. Please help us to raise awareness of the support that is available as we all become part of the solution together.
