The Chatty Cafe Scheme is the UK’s leading non-profit social enterprise designed to tackle loneliness. They have Chatter & Natter tables set up in hundreds of venues all over the UK. These meetings allow customers to come together and have a chat. Their chatty table volunteers host many of these gatherings.

Hi Everyone, we hope you’re keeping well!
We received some feedback this week that got the whole office emotional...
My wife died a few months ago, and I genuinely felt there was no point me still being alive. She organised everything, she was my world, and suddenly it was empty. A neighbour told me about a local Chatty Cafe, it didn't sound like my thing, but I decided to go just once. It was a turning point for me in every way. I have made new friends, joined a local gardening group that another attendee goes to, and I have a reason to live again.
It's so good to hear feedback like this, and really motivates us to keep going.
