Thank you and goodbye to our wonderful volunteer Megan Walker

9 September 2026

Back in March 2021, Megan joined Ashfield Voluntary Action as a volunteer and had previously helped us with our work supporting people filling in the census. Megan came to us having successfully completed the Princes Trust programme and was looking for work experience.

Megan has been an invaluable asset to AVA. Not only has she helped us with administration and reception duties over the last five and a half years, but she has also been a highly valued and popular member of our team; always happy to join in and try new things.

We wish Megan the very best of luck for the future and thank her for all her hard work and cheerful presence over the last five years. You will be very much missed.
