Change, Grow, Live is a nationwide charity with a local presence in Nottinghamshire.
They offer an all-age service to everyone living in Nottinghamshire who is experiencing problems with drugs and/or alcohol. Their service includes support for individuals as well as children and family members impacted by someone else's substance misuse.

This is a new service for people who have concerns about their own or another’s drinking or drug use and is open to adults aged 18 and over in any part of Nottinghamshire.

Hetty's is a local charity providing emotional help and support to families in Nottinghamshire affected by a loved one's alcohol or drug use.
They provide the following support:
UK Smart Recovery is a registered charity which focusses on recovery through peer support and online training for anyone with an addiction in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. SMART Recovery is an abstinence oriented recovery programme which works to help people gain control over their drinking, drugs and other addictions. It uses a common-sense self help programme based on scientifically tested approaches to addiction. As well as their recovery programme, they offer a family and friends programme to help individuals who have a loved one struggling with addiction.
