How we operate
Our Team of Staff and Trustees
Ashfield Voluntary Action prides itself on being open and transparent, with commitments to access and inclusion, equality and diversity and safeguarding underpinning the charity. That's why every year our amazing team of trustees review and update our policies and procedures, and produce an annual report for the Charity Commission. This shows how AVA has been meeting its charitable aims over the year and gives an overview of our finances - basically what we've been up to.
Statement on Safeguarding
Some of our service users have additional needs and so we take our responsibility to safeguarding very seriously. If you would like to discuss safeguarding, or raise any safeguarding concerns about any AVA services, please ring 01623 555 551 and ask for Una Key (adults) or Simon Hilton (children and young people). You do not need to say why you are calling or leave your name with our reception team.
